Puzz-3D

Puzz-3D - No Ordinary Puzzle Game.

Some are obsessed with them and scour the Internet for discontinued puzzles or puzzles they want to complete a collection.  Others have lost pieces of them and scour the internet for those missing pieces and usually never find them.  We are talking about Puzz-3D's manufactured by Wrebbit, Inc. and they have an avid following that have made many of the puzzles into coveted collectors items.

If one wonders why Puzz-3D have garnered almost a cult following of lovers of puzzles, it is because unlike the traditional puzzles that once put together form a flat image, Puzz-3d series of puzzles are plastic foam pieces with a graphed on a stiff paper facade that is then glued to the underlying foam piece. In short the puzzle pieces are then cut to dimension that once put together create a 3D structured model of the whole be it a building, landmark, classic car, puzz 3d mini bulldozer, ship, train, animal or plane. However, quite sadly, as yet no excavator, hackhoe, or crawler puzzles but perhaps sometimes, in the not too distant future, especially if people start writing Hasbro with requests.  After all it had to be some kind of heavy machinary that put the buildings up, was it not?

Currently one of the most famous of these puzzles is the New York one composed of 3141 pieces that included the that area around the World Trade Center and the Empire State Building.  Additionally there are also Science Fiction puzzles, and currently there is a series of around the world 1.585 scale skyscrapers some of which glow in the dark.

The categories of puzzles break down by levels of difficulty such as:

3D Puzzles with 700-1100 pieces - Very Difficult

3D Puzzles with 600-1000 pieces – Difficult

3D Puzzles with 300-800 pieces – Difficult3D Puzzles with 300-800 pieces – Average

3D Puzzles with 100-300 pieces - Easy

Still another product is Puzz-3D computer games which are digital versions of existing landmark puzzles such as the Orient Express or the Notre Dame Cathedral..  The point of the game is to complete the puzzle by clicking and dragging the puzzles pieces.  Once completed a mystery, that is taking place in the landmark, must be solved.  While building you can watch movies on the history and one is introduced to characters that are going to be part of the mysteries story line.  Once the Puzz-3D is completed you enter the structure and begin to solve the mystery.

Needless to say, both the actual puzzles and the computer games are fun and challenging, and I can practically guarantee that one you do your first Puzz-3D you will be joining the ranks of those of us who are addicted to them.
